February 2017 – Sydney Desalination Plant

Inspect, test and report site’s electrical and control infrastructure, restore the plant. This includes cables and cable supports, electrical equipment, instruments, security and SCADA systems, the main high voltage switchyard and the various high voltage substations.

In 2012 Thompson Controls won a major project with Sydney Water for electrical and SCADA upgrades of numerous plants, some which are current and ongoing.

2002 – Astra Zeneca, Austin Australia – Electrical and Instrumentation, design, engineering, construct/installation, commissioning incl. PLC’s and Controls

2002 – MPI, Albright and Wilson – Leorix Filter System – Electrical and Instrumentation, design, engineering, construct/installation, commissioning

In 2002 the company offered a management buyout and it changed its name from Tryton to Thompson Controls. Then in 2010 It moved from Wetherill Park to its current facility at Eastern Creek.
