TC turns 50!
Thompson Controls is proud to announce the celebration of its 50th anniversary on the 11th of July this year.
Thompson Controls was initially established on the 11th of July 1973 as Tryton Instrumentation Pty Ltd. It was located at the rear of a hairdressing salon in Northbridge and employed 3 staff. As the company grew, it started to provide more electrical, process instrumentation and technical services to a particular niche market and grew steadily in that sector.
Over the past 50 years, Thompson Controls has grown into a leading independent specialist in industrial instrumentation and controls projects. Working as a 100% Australian owned company, its service capabilities have grown to incorporate consultations through to total management of turnkey projects, concept/detailed design, construction, electrical, installation, instrumentation, automation, commissioning, process control engineering, and long-term maintenance programs.
With its head office and workshop now located in north-west Sydney in Bella Vista, Thompson Controls continues to grow in strength and capability of our staff over multiple projects in the industrial sector.
